Recommended use

Mix 2 full scoops of pancake powder with 1,5 dl water. Mix it up in a shaker and leave it for 2 minutes. This gives 2 perfect pancakes. Replace the oil in the pan with Less Cooking Spray to save calories.

Pro tip

When you are mixing the batter, exchange half the water with milk or kefir – it makes the pancakes even better. You can also add some Cocosa coconut fat to the pan when frying them – that gives the pancakes a lovely coconut flavour.

Want waffles? Just spray some Less Non-Stick Cooking Spray onto the waffle iron and those bad boys will be coming out easy and tasty.
